SATURDAY COLOR SERVICESDue to limited room, blow dry appointments on Saturdays must be booked in advance with a stylist, no exceptions.
RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATIONSAppointments can be made by calling us at 213.413.8808, and require a credit card number in advance. Our re-scheduling / cancellation policy requires at least 24-hours advance notice. Less than 24-hours notice will result in your card being charged for the appointment.
PAYMENTWe accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, and personal checks. There is a $30 service charge on returned checks.
GRATUITIESA 15%-20% gratuity is recommended, in recognition of the quality care received from your stylists and assistants. Unfortunately, we can no longer add gratuities to credit card and check payments—gratuities must be made in cash (or a personal check to the stylist/assistant). We appreciate your understanding!
SALON ETIQUETTEIn order to ensure a quality experience during your visit, it's suggested that you:
  • Be sure to arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited, and will need to be rescheduled.
  • Please turn cellphones to vibrate or off for the duration of your visit.
  • Please make arrangements for your child to be attended during your visit.
PARKINGLimited off-street parking is available, although you may find it necessary to use metered street parking along Sunset. Please allow time for finding parking during high-use periods.
